A unique wooded neighborhood in the Charter Oak Village section of Peoria, IL

Oak Crest neighborhood is a community of about 100 homes on the northwest side of the City of Peoria. 

Our neighborhood was developed in the late 1980's-early 1990's, featuring custom homes on wooded lots in a unique, open, park-like setting. The neighborhood is situated conveniently near shopping and dining, with easy access to the interstate and main roads through town.

Oak Crest Homeowners Association is an active organization to which all property owners belong.  Activities of the Board of Directors and the HOA members are guided by the Declaration of Restrictions and the HOA Bylaws.
