Oak Crest Declaration of Restrictions
The Oak Crest Declaration of Restrictions was created and filed with the County of Peoria Illinois in 1988. The Developer Charles Rock transferred Developer rights and responsibilities to the Homeowners Association in 1993.
Currently the original Restrictions are still in place, and can be enforced by any individual property owner, or by the Homeowners Association. Every property owner is encouraged to review and understand the Restrictions. Real estate transactions such as selling properties, refinancing, or title work, can be delayed or affected by issues of non-compliance with the Restrictions.
